房門為電子鎖，我們會提前提供密碼，房客可自行操作入住，不需現場等候Rooms use an electronic keypad lock. We'll send your entry code in advance so you can check in yourself, no need to wait for anyone in person.
網路與一般用電皆已包含在房租內。僅冷氣用電另計，依電表實際使用度數計算，每度 NT$5，於退宿時從押金中扣除結算。Internet and general electricity are included in the rent. Only air-conditioning electricity is billed separately, based on the actual meter reading at NT$5 per kWh, deducted from your deposit when you move out.
可以開伙，但僅限輕食烹調（如炒菜、煮湯、水煮等），不可油炸。公共廚房提供瓦斯爐、基本鍋具與餐具，住客不需額外添購；另外備有微波爐與快煮壺可供使用。Cooking is allowed, but for light cooking only (stir-frying, soups, boiling, etc.) — deep frying is not permitted. The shared kitchen has a gas stove plus basic pots, pans, and tableware — no need to buy your own. A microwave and electric kettle are also provided.
房東能以流利英語溝通，入住前後的聯繫、看房與生活協助都能以英語進行，不需擔心語言問題。The landlord speaks fluent English and can help with everything from booking to day-to-day questions after move-in — language won't be a barrier.
Room A 與 Room B 共用同一套衛浴，僅限這兩間房的住客使用。Room A and Room B share one bathroom between them, used only by residents of these two rooms.
押金統一為 NT$12,000（Room A、Room B 皆同）。退宿時，會先從押金中扣除冷氣用電費用（依電表度數 x NT$5 計算），其餘金額退還。The deposit is a flat NT$12,000 for either room. At move-out, air-conditioning electricity charges (metered usage × NT$5) are deducted from the deposit first, and the remaining balance is refunded.
