網路與自來水皆已包含在房租內。The Loft 為整戶獨立電表計價，電費不含在房租內，每月底依實際使用度數結算，於次月5號以現金支付（每度 NT$5.5）。Internet and water are included in the rent. The Loft has its own independent electricity meter, so electricity is billed separately (not included). It's settled monthly based on actual usage and paid in cash by the 5th of the following month (NT$5.5/kWh).
The Loft 沒有獨立廚房，無法開伙。房內備有小冰箱、快煮壺與濾水壺，方便簡單沖泡與冷藏食物，但不提供爐具烹調。The Loft doesn't have a kitchen, so cooking isn't available. It comes with a mini fridge, electric kettle, and water filter for simple drinks and cold storage, but there's no stove for cooking meals.
房東能以流利英語溝通，入住前後的聯繫、看房與生活協助都能以英語進行，不需擔心語言問題。The landlord speaks fluent English and can help with everything from booking to day-to-day questions after move-in — language won't be a barrier.
不需要。The Loft 擁有自己獨立的衛浴（含浴缸與淋浴），不與其他房型共用，只給入住 The Loft 的房客使用。No. The Loft has its own private bathroom (with both a soaking tub and a shower), not shared with any other room — it's exclusively for guests staying in The Loft.
押金為 NT$30,000。電費每月底結算、次月5號以現金支付，不會從押金中扣除；退宿時押金將全額退還（如有房屋或設備損壞則另行扣除相應費用）。The deposit is NT$30,000. Electricity is settled monthly and paid in cash by the 5th of the following month — it is not deducted from the deposit. The deposit is refunded in full at move-out (minus any costs for damage to the premises or furnishings, if applicable).
